I want you to not just be heard, but to be fully understood.

I believe that hope is our most powerful tool to create change in our lives.

Many of the difficulties we face come from losing hope; whether that is in ourselves, in our futures, or in relationships. This in turn can lead to feelings of despair, grief and insecurity about who we are and where we want to be. We then feel exhausted, overwhelmed and uncertain about our future.

I believe that therapy is more than just providing you with coping skills that only work for a short time. Change happens when we understand our fears and can create meaning from our painful experiences. Feeling a sense of security in relationships gives us the ability to tackle the rest of what life throws our way. We long to be connected with other people and healing occurs when we can be in the relationships we desire most.

Kristin Killoran, LPC, LSC

I grew up in Western Montana, living my childhood days roaming neighborhoods and playing in the mountains.

I always pursued jobs where I could spend my time hearing people’s stories. Getting an undergraduate degree in Journalism and Communications, my curiosity of people took me around the world. I spent most of my 20’s working in the non-profit sector before I realized a career as a therapist was the right next step.

After graduating with a Masters in Counseling from OSU-Cascades in 2018 I began my counseling career as a middle school counselor. I then moved into my own private practice in 2022 when my second daughter was born with a desire to provide more in-depth support for teens, parents and adults.

I am a mother of three small children, requiring me to continually learn how to navigate the ever-changing landscape of motherhood and life.
